    Die Rolle ist auch in der Höhe verstellbar, so dass deine Bewegungen aus jedem erdenklichen Winkel trainiert werden können.
    Das Pulley-System passt auf die meisten Armwrestling-Tische. Du kannst die Rolle an der langen Seite des Tisches aufstellen oder an der kurzen Seite (wenn du Seitendruck trainieren willst), wenn der Armgriff vom Tisch abgenommen werden kann.

    Got the pulley recently, and happy with my purchase. It seems solid. Easy to install. Can be positioned on either side of a standard table. The design makes it perfect for any type of training - back pressure, cupping, hook, pronator, supinator. Very flexible pulley wheels makes it work like a charm. Would buy again.

    I'm using this pulley at home in combination with their table and I love it. The structure is very stable and seems like it can hold a lot of weight. Right now I'm mostly using around 30-40KG, which is no problem at all. The cable runs smooth and it was quite easy to set up. Recommended!
