    Rules per lift

    • The block must be grapped overhand, with the thumb closest to the body
    • The block may not touch the legs during the lift
    • The block must stay in a vertical position, so that the block is not tilted during the lift
    • The fingertips may not come in contact with the bottom side of the block
    • The free hand may not make contact with any other bodyparts during the lift
    • Legs and upper body must be fully locked out at the end of the lift
    • The weight must be lowered to the ground in a controlled manner. If the weight is suddenly dropped the lift will be disqualified.
    • Only the rolling handle may be grabbed during the lift
    • The free hand may not make contact with any other bodyparts during the lift
