If you're unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we are happy to accept returns within 30 days. This means you have 30 days to return your item after receipt. We offer free shipping on all returns within the EU that have an order value of €100 or more! Unfortunately, we don't have a return service for return shipments from outside of the EU. This means that return shipments from outside of the EU have to be paid for and taken care of by the customer. Returns will be refundable in the original method of payment.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
For all returns, please email support@goldengrip.com so we can assist you further. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
After receiving your return shipment, the expected processing time is 1-2 business days. This means we will refund your order within 1-2 business days.
