Who said you need two people for armwrestling?! Take your armwrestling game to the next level with our armwrestling table pulley system!

The pulley system is incredibly versatile, as you can attach a whole range of different attachment to it (a judo belt, armwrestling strap, our armwrestling buddies, wrist wrench, etc.).

The pulley is also adjustable in height, so that you can train your movements from every angle imaginable. 

The pulley system fits on most armwrestling tables. You can set up the pulley on the long side of the table, or on the short side (if you want to train side pressure) if the arm handle can be deattached from the table
