Brick Handles

Meet the 'Brick Handles', a unique and fun way to spice up your training. It's a nice twist on your regular pulldown bar, in which we've put two brick shaped block on each ends.

That means no wrapping your fingers around the bar, so that you have to grip it with an open-handed grip. – just raw grip, forearm, and lat power.
